Side Yacht Charter provides private and luxury yacht charter services along Side and the Mediterranean coast. All information, yacht specifications, and images on our website are for informational purposes. Our agency reserves the right to update tour contents and routes without prior notice.

A designated deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before departure on the day of the tour via cash or valid payment methods. Unpaid reservations may be cancelled.

For guest cancellations notified at least 14 days prior to the charter date, deposit refunds are processed. In cases where the tour cannot be conducted due to severe weather, high waves, or official marine authority decisions, the tour will be rescheduled or the deposit refunded in full.

Observing maximum passenger capacity limits on all yachts is mandatory. Safety instructions given by the captain and crew must be strictly followed during navigation. The captain holds full authority to modify the itinerary or end the tour for safety reasons.

Our agency is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings of guests. All equipment and amenities on board must be used with care; intentional damages may be billed to the guest.
